Evictions are governed by the Texas Rules for Civil Procedure section 510. The Court and it’s staff are prohibited by law from providing you with legal advice. Please use the Self Help Resources provided, or seek advice from an attorney.
Evictions MUST be filed in the proper Justice Court Precinct where the property is located. If you are not certain of the Justice Court Precinct the property is in, please review the Maps icon on the home page or contact the local elections office for assistance.
